This website does not store your requests: you send them to us yourself, by WhatsApp or e-mail. Here is what we do with them.

Your quote requests and questions
The forms prepare a message in your browser. Nothing is sent to our website: you send it yourself, from WhatsApp or your e-mail app.
We use what you write to us (name, phone, e-mail, addresses, date, transport details) only to answer you and prepare your quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
We keep these exchanges for at most 3 years after our last contact, unless a transport contract requires us to keep them longer.
Third-party services
WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us, under its own privacy rules.
Vercel Inc. hosts the website; its servers receive your IP address to deliver the pages.
Google provides the reviews shown on the website; the « Leave a review » link takes you to Google, under its own rules.
OpenStreetMap provides the service areas base map, only if you accept external content. Details are on our cookie page.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing or restrict its use. Just ask us at contact@ahexpress.fr, on +33 6 50 28 62 92 or by post to the registered office.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
